Considering  the transportation time of the return takes more than 1 month also the expensive shipping fee, what's more 

We want to establish a long-term cooperative relationship with you, so here is our win-win solution. The RESENT POLICY.  


How our RESENT POLICY works?


If you are with one of the following situations, after our confirmation, we will resent you a new package.


1.SIZE PROBLEM 

If the items you received are not fit for you, Please provide us with pictures showing that you are wearing the jersey, after we confirm you can pay $15 postage for resending, we will arrange a new shipment for you.


2. DELAY SHIPMENT 

1) If the declared shipment time is less than 30 days or equal to 30 days, and it has been more than 30 days (since you could track the package online), please contact us, and then we will resend you the package at once for free.


2) If the declared shipment time is more than 30 days, and it has been more than 60 days (since you could track the package online), please contact us, and then we will resend you the package at once for free.


3. CUSTOMS HOLD OR LOST 

If the package is getting lost or seized by the customs. please provide us a proof about that, and we will resend the package to you for free after confirm, and we make sure you will get it.

*Because personalized products are customized just for you, they are not returnable.

*Face Covers are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to safety reasons.


Where I can see the “declared shipment time”?


When you are on the checkout page, then choose the shipping method, you can see the declared shipment time that according to the shipping method. Free shipping and DHL have different declared shipment time.
